The original idea for this business came after finding out the Cutter Grinding Shop that Brian Theisen had worked at for 10 plus years was closing. Not wanting to start over on the bottom rung at a new shop, He decided to start on the bottom rung of his own shop by taking his long time (20 + years) hobby of Woodworking and applying the production skills learned as a Cutter Grinder and an earlier background in retail to start his own business... Returning items for refund
Refunds may be given for items returned in the exact condition they were sent. However shipping and handling charges are not refundable. No refunds will be given on goods returned that have been used or damaged due to poor return packaging or shippment. Returns are subject to a 20% handling charge.
All return/defect claims must be made within 30 days of purchase.Credits will be issued within 30 days of the end of the month in which an item has been returned.
